Our backgrounds
Daniel Klein
Daniel is a hands-on direct investor and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience across private equity, private credit, M&A, strategy and value creation. He combines an entrepreneurial investment mindset with long-standing transaction experience and an international network of entrepreneurs, investors and advisors. As co-founder of LUCID Partners, Daniel has built a Family Equity platform focused on direct investments in private companies. Through Argonova, he focuses on selected late-stage technology opportunities.
As an investor, founder and board member, Daniel focuses on direct private market investments, shareholder representation, financing, M&A and strategic development. Previously he served as Managing Director of a Single Family Office focused on private markets, after working at Bain & Company earlier on, primarily in the Private Equity Practice. Daniel holds an MBA from INSEAD, with distinction, and a Master of Science in Management from the London School of Economics.
Sarah brings more than a decade of international leadership experience across healthcare, commercial strategy and business transformation. She has held senior leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb and Johnson & Johnson across Switzerland and EMEA, with responsibility for complex multi-market portfolios exceeding USD 1.8 billion.
Her experience spans business scaling, market expansion, organizational leadership and the launch of innovative healthcare platforms, including cellular therapies. With a strong scientific foundation and entrepreneurial mindset, Sarah contributes analytical rigor, operational leadership and strategic perspective to the family office, with a particular focus on company building, healthcare innovation and strategic growth initiatives. Sarah holds a Master of Science from Imperial College London and a Dr. sc. degree from ETH Zurich.
